NEOVIA Financial Plc Half Year Results Announcement Date Confirmed for Thursday 17 September 2009

Friday, 11 September 2009 – NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) (NEOVIA or the Group), the independent global online payments business, will announce its results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 on Thursday 17 September 2009.

The Group will host a meeting for invited UK-based analysts on the day of the results to be held at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson at 9.00 a.m. A copy of the slide presentation given at the meeting will be available on the Group’s website later on the day.

In addition, there will be a conference call for international investors and analysts on Thursday 17 September 2009 starting at 2.00 p.m. BST (9.00 a.m. EST), details of which are set out below:
