NEOVIA Payment Suite Contract Wins Continue to Build on Success

Payment Suite to provide online payment processing for property and home industry

Thursday, 10th September 2009 – NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), the independent global online payments business, announces it has added four more organisations in the housing and home improvement sector to its growing list of customers using its NEOVIA Payment Suite.

Each company is using the NEOVIA Payment Suite to securely process payments from visitors as they visit the websites. The NEOVIA Payment Suite features the NETBANX international payments gateway, the NETELLER e-wallet and Net+™ cards. NETBANX allows merchants to accept card and non-card payments through multiple channels including online, contact centres, mail order and via automated phone systems. At any one time, it has over 5,000 fires and fireplace products in stock and sells over 1,000 fires and fireplaces every week. The company is using NEOVIA’s services to allow customers to pay online in multiple currencies including EUR and GBP for its products.

LandlordZONE.co.uk is an online community and web portal for the letting industry. It provides access to information, resources and suppliers of value to residential and commercial landlords, tenants, letting agents, property managers and other property professionals. Though the majority of information is free LandlordZone has some items it charges for, and by using NEOVIA, this can be done directly over the internet.

Finally, TenantVERIFY.co.uk is an on-line tenant verification and referencing service for Landlords and Letting Agents. As one of the first such on-line services in this field, TenantVERIFY has become a trusted resource in the lettings industry.
