Final Results and First Quarter Trading Update Date Confirmed

Wednesday, 8 April 2009 – NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) (NEOVIA or the Group), the independent global online payments business, confirms that it will be announcing its results for the year ended 31 December 2008 on Thursday 30 April 2009.

NEOVIA will also provide a trading update for the first quarter to 31 March 2009 on that date.

The Group will host a meeting for invited UK-based analysts on the day of the results to be held at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson at 9.30 a.m.  A copy of the slide presentation given at the meeting will be available on the Group’s website later on the day.

In addition, there will be an interactive conference call for international investors and analysts on Thursday 30 April 2009 starting at 2.00 p.m. BST, details of which will be provided the day before the results.
