Charity Anthony Nolan Trust Chooses NEOVIA Financial to Provide Online Donation Option

Efficient and secure processing for web-based payment

21st January 2009 – NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), the independent global online payments business, has been chosen by the Anthony Nolan Trust to provide payment processing for online donations.

The Anthony Nolan Trust is a leukaemia charity that saves lives by providing bone marrow donors to adults and children in need of transplants. Last year, it saved the lives of over 600 men, women and children who might have otherwise died. However, currently 16,000 patients worldwide are searching for a suitable donor and to give these patients a chance of life the charity urgently needs to fund the recruitment of thousands of new donors.

Gaining donations is an important aspect for the charity. Through its Payment Suite, NEOVIA will be providing its NETBANX Payment Gateway and payment page service. This means that The Anthony Nolan Trust can receive a donation directly from the website while the visitor is there and willing to donate.

Dan Starr, Executive Vice President of the Merchant Services division said: “Being online and being able to take donations from your website is a necessity in this digital age. NEOVIA takes the hassle out of accepting payments from anywhere in the world so that charities can focus on what they do best, running their organisation.”
