Dale Johnson, Chairman

Formerly an executive director and President of the Company's Asia Pacific Operations, Mr. Johnson was appointed to the role of Chairman in July 2007. Mr. Johnson has over 30 years experience in corporate leadership, operations management, business development, project management and turnarounds for private and public companies. A founding shareholder and Principal of Tri Ocean Engineering Ltd., Mr. Johnson spent the early part of his career engaged in large scale project management, including projects in the North Sea, Canada and Peru. Mr. Johnson founded and served as President of Alpeco Limited, a specialised oilfield equipment packager.

Mark Mayhew, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mayhew has an impressive and proven global track record in senior executive roles in financial services. At NatWest Bank he was Chief Operating Officer of Card Services and E-Ventures and held executive roles driving retail banking and international business. He was also a pioneer in the development of Switch, and led the Streamline acquiring business and its initial investment into WorldPay. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Mayhew was hired to lead the development of their UK consumer banking operations, focused on their new credit card issuing strategy. He was President and CEO of global consumer loyalty program company, Cendant Cims Limited, now part of Affinion. Mr. Mayhew also uses his experience to help smaller companies grow being Non-Executive Chairman at JAC Travel and previously Non-Executive Director at Detica Group Plc.

Don Lindsay, Non-Executive Director

A former General Manager of Isle of Man Bank Limited, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Mr. Lindsay holds several non-executive directorships of international companies, including NEOVIA Financial Plc. Mr. Lindsay has held senior positions with National Westminster Bank plc in the areas of Credit Risk, Marketing, Securities Industry and Retail Banking as well as a director position with a public listed company quoted on the London Stock Exchange. A past President of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Lindsay has been actively involved with several Man Government Consultative Committees.

John Hamilton Webster, Non-Executive Director

An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Webster’s business interests include computer software, banking, security, gaming, fiduciary and management services. Administrator of the Isle of Man Government’s Manx Business Connection and Deputy Chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission, Mr. Webster is a non-executive director of NEOVIA Financial Plc. Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Webster lectured in economics and management studies, acted as the Isle of Man Government’s Chief Economic Adviser, served as Chairman of the Island Games Association of Mann and held the position of President of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce.

John Bateson, Non-Executive Director

Mr Bateson joined the Board as a non-executive director on 20 January 2009. Mr Bateson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In Ireland, and Finance Director and Company Secretary of the fund management group International Investment and Underwriting. Formerly with the corporate finance department of NCB, an Irish stockbroker, and KPMG, Mr Bateson holds a number of other directorships including Barchester Healthcare Limited, Datalex plc and Mid-States plc.

Jonathan Comerford, Non-Executive Director

Mr Comerford joined the Board as a non-executive director on 20 January 2009. Mr Comerford, who has a Masters in Business from the Michael Smurfit Business School, is Investment Manager at International Investment & Underwriting in Dublin. Formerly with McKinsey & Co, Mr Comerford holds a number of other directorships including acting as Chairman of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc.
